The inside zip on the leg of tracksuit bottom is sticking out by a few centimetres and it hasn’t been measured properly and the quality is very poor is very irritating when exercising and bodybuilding I am surprised at the poor quality. Would not buy again.

I ORDERED A TOP AND BOTTOM, WERE TOO BIG SO RETURNED IT SAME DAY WITH ALL THE TAGS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING RECORDED DELIVERY COSTING ME MONEY FROM MY OWN POCKET. ITS BEEN 8 WEEKS AND NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED. THEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS AND WHEN YOU CALL THEY SAY THIS WITH AUTOMATED" WORKING FROM HOME AND ALL ORDERS DISPATCHED" AND THEN HANG UP. VERY POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM REALLY ANNOYED AT THEM.

Really poor quality for the cost. Son had tracksuit for xmas after 1 wash it shrunk ...i thought maybe i'd made a mistake and washed it too hot ...ordered him a new one in january put on a 30 wash still shrunk amd coloured faded ...absolute rubbish !

I brought a medium size hoodie black/grey hoodrich with reflective logo- love the design perfect ???? n the joggers with the extra pocket-ain’t washed it yet,..as I brought for bf n is still wearing joggers..the hoodie was delivered on time today not long ago.We both like things that are different n quality so heads up with that Jay,.cos bf said joggers are comfortable to wear..he’s Aspergers all good -shoppers

I ordered a jumper in December 2020 and returned in early January 2021 - all within the time frame for returns.
I never received my money back.
Customer support does not even bother to answer my emails - I have sent numerous mails by now. A total rip off

After washing the joggers and jumper for the first time the letters peeled off. Poor quality for too much money....

Fuming. No stars is I could. There quality is awful. All the letters are peeling off even though washed exactly to the labels standards.
ALSO numerous social media contact and emails and no response. Shouldn’t support these rude businesses.

I ordered some stuff and it never came. I have waited days, and I still haven't gotten anything, plus DHL stopped giving me shipping updates since 4/3.
